Good & Sturdy
This armband is not specifically for the ipod touch 2nd gen. But it does hold the 2nd gen ipod touch in place becasue it has a snap located on the top that keeps it from falling out. It does move around a bit, so if you can find a 2nd gen ipod touch case, get it. But this one still gets the job done.

this product is one of the best i have ever used. The headphones are so loud and block out any outside sound. my friends always complain that they scream and holler my name and i still can't hear them if i have the headphones in. if you aren't used to having headphones in your ears these may not be good for you, but if you're okay with that they are great.

I love my Nano
I love this little Nano.
I opted for the teal/blue color and it's beautiful.
The screen quality is amazing, everytime I turn it on I am still in aww over how such a tiny picture can look so good.
The sound is also great, no complaints there either!
I have downloaded a few games to it and have really enjoyed them. It sure makes sitting in a waiting room a lot more fun.

I honestly don't think I have a single "con" to post about this Nano, I LOVE it!

ipod 4th generation
I purchased this ipod as a starter since I don't know much about them. I was amazed at how much it can do. It was easy enough to operate for a media impaired senior citizen like myself, but I still could have used more instructions. I have a feeling I will be learning more about it as I use it.

Nothing special the audio comes out a little scratchy and the control wheel does not respond that well so it is nothing special.

AWFUL!
This armband is a tremendous waste of money. I bought it because it was different, it had a nice color and the earpod holder, but it's a piece of junk. The lining around the screen completely separated from the backing and so now my ipod comes flying out of the case even when it's just sitting in my purse. It has to be removed from the case to charge or upload songs, totally not practical. It's not a good armband if you plan on running because the iPod classic is too heavy for it. I spent around $35 on this and it was a total waste of money.

Excellent dock
Excellent docking station. I hooked it up to a Denon 1909 and have had no problems. All the song info comes up on the TV and I scroll through and make selections via the TV display. The sound quality is comparable to my CD player (inputs via RCA). The graphic display is rudimentary but that is a function of the receiver not the dock.

To connect your Ipod - Best option
If you just wanna to connect you Ipod to listen music on you receiver, don't thik twice. This is the best and affordable option. Easy to use and cheaper.

This Denon ipod dock is awesome
I have a Denon 4308 that is attached to this dock. After reading other people's lackluster reviews on the Denon's ipod docks, I didn't know if it would be worth getting. I'm glad that I did. I don't know if it is just that Denon got it right with the docks or the receivers, but it works great.

I love being able to to use the integrated menus on the TV to control the ipod. Other reviews for previous models talked about how slow it worked, but it works fast and great on this set up. The other reviewer has a different model and it works for him to, so I could only assume that Denon has the kinks worked out.

Be Careful
First of all, I'm a big fan of the iPod and the iTunes software, but I strongly discourage anyone from buying songs through iTunes or Apple. Here's my story:

One day I was happily using my computer when it just totally melted down. There was no way to recover anything from the old computer. It was just dead. So, I bought a new computer. When I looked at the iTunes website, I learned that in order to move my iTunes library to the new computer, I have to deauthorize it on my old computer. Well, that was impossible to do. I was surprised that Apple has no way to deal with such a common problem as computers burning up. Well, I was fortunate to find some shareware that could help me move my library from the iPod to the new computer.

Everything was fine--until my new computer crashed for good. It seems I was having a string of bad luck. I sent it in for repairs and my bad luck held up--I had to send it in three times for repairs. Of course the system was re-installed each time which meant that the iTunes library had to be re-authorized each time. The result is that in the space of two months, my entire alotment of re-authorizations has been used up, and if my computer crashes again, I'll lose all of the music that I purchased with iTunes.

Computers crash and burn up and that's a fact of life. That Apple has not provided any sort of solution for this to their paying customers is a shame. To even move your library from a crashed computer to a working one, Apple forces you to buy third party software or risk getting viruses or spyware through using freeware or shareware from the net. Until Apple addresses this issue, I'm not going to buy any more songs on iTunes.

If you're thinking of buying music through iTunes, don't do it. Just get the CD.

I'm hooked!
This my first time to own an Ipod and I am very impressed. Solid build, small, and 16 gigs of room for a lot of music. The only downside are the included earbuds that don't want to stay in my ears. However, I still give this 5 stars. Apple produces an excellent product!
